Shipping of your parcel
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours in working days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via SUIVIS POSTAL with tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered for signature. Please contact us before choosing this mode of delivery, as it leads to additional costs. Whatever delivery mode you choose, we send you a link to follow your parcel online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your items in one order. We cannot consolidate two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped to your own risks, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
